Buy presents if you need some. Go look for the characters you want to fuck, give them present and hang out. Next day. Rinse and repeat. Sometimes you go to the Spa to fuck/get fucked. Sometimes you get an event where you can fuck/get fucked if you have enough points with that character.

Fucking them at the Spa doesn't cost anything. You earn about 3,000 each minigame if you're not retarded. After just a few days you'll be swimming in so much money that you're just going to skip the minigame.
My suggestion: download CG gallery and skip the game.
