Everything looks nice, except the shape of the dick, and the foreshortening. The leg is clearly meant to closer to the view, but the shovel handle doesn't recede in space, creating an optical illusion that suggest the knee and hand have the same depth, and are just freakishly disproportional.

Excellent expression and color harmony. The composition could be better the blue hair guy was eyeing dick, and if the erection point back to the dragon-man's face. Then the view's gaze would be directed in a circle around the entire composition.
As it is, you just go from face to face to abs, then the finger/claws and dark clothes draw you out of the image.
