Book Jaskier is blond (I guess that's why he chose that name as a stage name - Jaskier means buttercup, which the English translation changed to Dandelion because buttercup was too girly) and has longer, vurly hair, plus the beard. Which is ironic because Joey Batey, the Netflix actor, had that exact look in the past.
