your shading is ugly, i understand the whole 'anime has idealised, neutral lighting' thing, but then in the second portrait one you add a shadow on both sides of the nose and it looks weird. hair shadows also seem arbitrary. it seems nitpicky but either keep it neutrally lit for uguu kawaii style or pick a light source, it feels like you're slapping on shadow and highlight because you think you should
lineart also doesnt match up with shading, also - think about which lines are darkest, and thickest and why they are like that. going to your portrait again, the cheekbone has the strongest, darkest outline despite the fact that it has light going straight at it, and that the jaw should probably have the sharpest definition here. speaking of lineart, dont be such a faggot, stop that feathery shit, the longer and more continous the line the better. what the fuck are those lines under his eye? some styles have shit like that sure, but here they just add unnecessary texture to a smooth face and make him look gross. absorbing bits from other styles is fine, if you understand what they do and why
