If he comes back it'll be the same thing again. This type of person doesn't know how to self impose limitations and schedule conservatively, so most likely if he comes back he'll end up overworking himself again. The best way he could have handled the burnout would be to restrict he schedule to the absolute minimum and continue working through it, but he's most likely a perfectionist and thinks if he's not delivering a product that's perfect in his mind then he's failing worse than not delivering at all. Burnout is never solved by walking completely away from work, but by balancing it.
It's a shame, I like his work. I'd take a simple illustration a month over an indefinite hiatus. It doesn't have to be all or nothing.

That is too bad. Some of his art was kind of smey but it was still enjoyable.
But the last few sets he did got a lot of haters and trolls criticizing him.
One of the few consistent bara artists in a very dry market and the fans went and chased him off.

Any other good bara artists that are still regularly active? I follow Dizdoodz but he doesn't make colored drawings anymore and makes much less bara sex art now.
There's still Patrick Fillion, Tom Cray, Phausto, although they're more western gay comics.

Also since his artwork is pretty up there I’d ditch poll based monthly delivery and just do regular art commissions. Good art should always take time.
