The first high school game was the best actual visual novel. Fun story, x-ray vision, hot guys, interesting twists. The animations were so, so hot.
And I agree, his two fantasy RPGs were his best games. Again, hot guys, fun story, actually fun game play, really hot animations.
I read somewhere that this was planned, though. Moritake appears to be operating on an every-other-year schedule, where he will release a real, fully fleshed out game every other year, and he'll release a smaller project in between. This one that just came out was his smaller project apparently.
