You are really foolish to think a simple ban based on IP is enough to get rid of the problem. Sadly for you, I'm well aware of how Discord works.
Doesn't matter if you ban this one as well, desu, it is expected. We already have the information we needed (ie, if you enable developer mode on Discord you can copy the IDs of things; messages, users, server, images, etc.) as well as taken pictures of messages. So even if you change your name, it wont matter, we can still track it. Discord is anonymous, but not completely.
Secondly, you assumed I was an attorney, well I'm not never said I was. Its illegal to misrepresent. However, its easy to read laws if you graduated high school; though I see most of you think with your dicks than your mind.
Your server is in violation of the DMCA of 1998 and legal code 17 U.S.C. §§ 512(c)(3)(A), 1201(a)(1)(A)(C), 1201(b)(2)(A)(B), 1204(a)(1)(2). Up to you if you want to be further complicit upon notification of illegally distributing content.
Discord is based on the USA and as such, they have to comply with the laws in the country.

Ownership of a movie doesn't give you the right to distribute it. If it isn't clear cut, you are pirating the pictures.
Don't attempt to use the idea of "its not your character so you hold no rights", its parody. And I don't see these companies going into the pornography market anytime soon, so it's not violating trademark either.
Blizzard tried already, they could only takedown the films that had assets ripped from the game directly. None of the drawn stuff was taken down. So I hope you get the picture.
