His previous project was also a flop, originally would have voice acting, but was fully scrapped. He's the typical guy who always give promises and breaks them afterward.
As for sharing the game, it was actually only a handful of the anons that had the game, and most importantly, this game is in Japanese and needs special configuration to run in non-Japanese environments, so virtually no one would bother buying this game. (Funny enough, the one who shared it said that the source was from a Chinese forum, so without that anon, this game would never be leaked to 4chan.)
Second, I'm pretty sure Herculion never had an e-mail address, so you can only private-message them. Even if they DO have e-mails, they can simply mark the "harasser's" mails as spam, or block them at social media. They never said anything about their "harassment" until now. Why the hell is that? Do they suddenly become vulnerable to criticism and want some cuddle by posting those tweets? They have no idea that it makes the "harassers" want to "harass" them more.
Third, aside from the salary issue, which only the Herculion team members know, it's hilarious that Maz had finished all CGs and now he literally jumped ship, as if FS were none of his business anymore. CGs are the most important thing in visual novels, and Maz doesn't even want to redo some of the mediocre (even subpar) arts, even though this game would not be released until 2019? Herculion can lie however they want, but at this point, this game would never look promising.
