The demo has lots of unused code and unused events regarding every character, it also has a listing of interacting with characters.
The least intractable one is Hisami I believe (For "Free Time" choosing where you want to go) due to him being unavailable more often than other characters.
Thara and Kacha are also listed to be interactive (seemingly always?)
Hisami, Lenga, Twins, Rald, Sota, Kovit all have affinity which should mean something obvious.
Demo also has quite a bit of unused music if I remember correctly?
There also seems to be quite a bit of place holder text (even though some of it seems intentionally edited to be used later unusual stuff though, not things we expected). But it depends, some placeholder text seems to specifically made with its references to be purely placeholder, so most likely some stuff updated in the future.
From what I could tell there's also plans to implement blink sprites, so while a character is conversing they will be blinking once in a while too.
The demo files (logically) are also missing from what I can tell will be A LOT of filler text (the shit people should like e.g. environments & interactions), due to certain things the player is seemingly capable of doing so in reality the full game has a lot more lines to my knowledge.
Hisami has two completely cut off sequences in the demo which are meant to work together on the Tomoki "date" with Hisami which seem to just be tutorials.
In general the game judging by aspects of the scripts should actually be pretty good if its not finished cheaply, the only thing I'd want in the end is every character to have routes but I know we wont get that. Of course also Maz needs to fix the artwork for parts of the game for looking so different too.
I can't find that scene for Hisami however.
