I dunno, I always pictured anthropomorphized Neutrophils as being genki yandere types, like they just gleefully eat anything they deem dangerous. I can see Macrophages being aloof badasses though. Shame so many of the cells are anthropomorphized as female, I just don't see it. All the character designs are also surprisingly boring for such an interesting idea.
