If a store tells me "Good product inside, here's a model of it and look at all the features, it's yours if you pay for it" it's publicity.
Baiting implies you *don't* get what is promised, or you get something different or inferior.
If an artist says "NSFW version on Patreon", and there is, in fact, a NSFW version on Patreon, it's not baiting. They're advertising their product.
Also $1500 a month isn't that much considering rent and services? Also, why would they stop advertising if they're making $1500? If anything, if they're riding success, they will want to succeed MORE.
