So many questions they leave unanswered:
The only thing we know is that It's p r o b a b l y better to go for single pulls during events. And even then, we don't know whether the dropchance gets lower the more characters you already own or not.
I mean, I'm happy to support games I like, but these blind bargains are a no-go for me.
