Hunk, Lance and Matt have been shown as straight, and yes I know bisexuality exists but they're aren't that deep. Keith is the main guy with the race shit going on already. Maybe Allura? But I don't think they'll go for f/f again after korrasami. Also Shiro is the one that changed the most from his original version, not counting Pidge, but I don't think they'll do romance with her being so young (note: age wank is stupid I'm talking from creators' perspective here).
Shiro was supposed to be gone after the end s2 and only return by the end, not even doing rebel shit. If they had planned a plot similar to Sven, then I'd agree with you, because he'd get Romelle. But the creators brought him back because the exec told them too, he was supposed not to appear at all, and in a recent interview they called the current Shiro arc "damage control". Keith will return to pilot Black and Shiro will do something in the background. I get the feeling he'll get the most "ok now what" ending of the group, so that opens the gate for a random picture of him working as pilot somewhere with a dude.
