Cum is semi-transparent, which takes time to render. For a hi-def piece, that's probably like 10-30 minutes, depending on comfort and practice in drawing/rendering that.
Body hair? Jesus, I'm one of the few artists who slaves through drawing EVERY FUCKIN HAIR for the sake of the finished piece. Most artists don't have enough of a care for it to spend that much time. You're looking at 15 minutes for a character with fuzz, up to an easy 40 minutes for some fucker like Gaston.
Source: I'm a goddamn artist who chooses when to add and when not to add these details because of the extra time and effort it demands. It's a fair complaint that popular artists don't add this material, but it's just uninformed and stupid to think it's a couple of seconds' worth of difference.
