What you fail to realize is that because he legally should not be profiting from fanart, does not mean he does not still have rights to the art he created. One does not negate the other. He's still legally allowed to request his art be removed and these threads deleted. He still legally owns his own art. I'm not even a stan for him. This argument just keeps coming up and doesn't hold water.
