He's got a career outside of porn you know. Comics and Character Designer for Hasbro. And did illustrations for Freshmen Magazine and
Britdooz.com long before his work Class Comics. Just to name a few.

Cray, on the other hand, is essentially the cheapest self-taught artist money can buy. But that's ok, because he lives in Chile where foreign money is gold and earns him a relatively comfortable lifestyle. Whereas an American would be living in a shoebox and would be forced to change careers.
I think Gene was the only American artist for Class Comics. Living in Texas, as far as I know. He wasn't doing much for them anyways and he left a while ago. Around the same time Fillion started a patreon. Looks like a sinking ship to me. Fillion is working for himself now, while his company outsources.
