Granted, I haven't read recent updates of KS, but from what I did read, even the sex was written and framed in a really dry, non-sexual/more-horrific manner. By which I mean: The scene reads as horrifying, not horny. Not that horrifying can't be your kink. I'm particularly weak for fear and forced submission, but source material KS doesn't really do it for me as far as jacking off. Fanfiction & fanart, maybe ,but not the comic itself.
