I've watch the entirety of China, IL the other day and I've become gay for Steve due to his smug-ass charm he's got. (Yes, I know he's 35 years old and is kind of bald, but it's most of the show's somewhat cutesy character designs that's got that sort of appeal, at least to me of course).
