I'm not OP, but I'm getting sick and tired of newfags spouting off with this as of late. /y/ is not /hm/, and according to the general 4chan rules and FAQ, there is not such silly rule for starting threads on /y/.
None of this excuses the fact that OP's image is shitty /cm/, but I felt the need to make a point. I'm tired of seeing this stupid "rule" thrown around on here by newfags who don't seem to know any better.
