Honestly, the whole reason most trans men get top surgery before bottom surgery isn't always because they WANT to in that order, it's just a less expensive surgery.
Also bottom surgery is complicated/often botched. This is a fucking dating sim game, so who cares. Maybe in the DD world, it's possible to get a realistic bottom surgery.
