The global rule is no anthropomorphic art. Which really means no furry OC porn, because it could easily flood the boards, and did in 4chan's early years.
We had loosely anthropomorphic art threads all the time. Monsters threads, digimon, robots, ninja turtles. Video game's that have 1 furry character are usually forgiven, especially if they're just part of the background.
If someone objects, then janitors are obliged to do their thing. But if you go on a reporting spree - pointing out every thing that's "technically" against the rules - they'll just ban you. Because it's the community that defines the board not the other way around.
