Well, at least Hunter's VA changed from the promo video and isn't the horror that I was expecting.
Natsumi's VA isn't a native English speaker, but it isn't too bad and you get used to it.
I honestly think Keitaro's VA might be the worst of the main cast and he's the MC.

Also, there are no hidden R-18 CGs in the demo; I unpackaged it and checked.

I extracted the demo sprite images but unfortunately the face and body images are in separate folders so get all body images on a blank face with no features.It is annoying.

After playing the demo you can tell it'll be a long wait for the game to be released
>Just a few dialogues recorded
>No intro/outro
>Sound issues (the music slightly cuts before a character's dialogue)
>Credits have shitty quality
>Demo lasts like 5 minutes and no NSFW scenes (which is the whole point of the game)

Considering all the time that took to release this demo I was expecting something like FS's first demo. It was longer and at least we got a some kinky dialogues and semi-nude CGs.

Also, FS seems to be much more focused on the sex premise-wise than Camp Buddy. Maz's writing is garbage by comparison; although, some of Hiro's lines were a bit too cheesy as well though. Guess we'll have to wait to see if it holds up all the way through.

i just wrote a python-based open source engine for making your own camp buddy scenes or visual novels, if anyone's interested. it doesn't require any software or knowledge, other than the ability to read and edit .txt files, and it should only take 5-10 minutes to master. it comes with a (very) basic demo pre-loaded, so if you just want to give it a try that's easy too.

I personally can't create an installer for mac from windows, but if you manually install Python 3.6.1 (not difficult to do) you should be able to click and run the .pyw file with (hopefully) no issues.
I'll make a download specifically for mac and Linux when I have access to my pc again (~10 hours).

i assume you're talking about the camp buddy engine and not the real demo, cause the real demo was packaged pretty well lol. for the camp buddy engine, v0.4.0 (>>2403118) is downloadable through the mega link (https://mega.nz/#F!8mRREAbR!KO4FynasXneGwxP-NiGGlA ) and it now runs the same way camp buddy does (run the .exe and go)

sorry for the shitty packaging before, by the way. this project is how i'm learning python, so everything i do i'm doing for the first time... and as you can tell, that doesn't always work out well lol. it's been like a week now since i started learning python though, so i'm through most of the learning phase, and everything from here on out should be better.

For the curious, Mikkoukun's write up with this image suggests Aiden is a dominant uke.

Also around Aiden's leg he has the same speedo as the image where he's blowing Yoshinori. It also seems to be the same location. This is probably 'part 2' of the same scene.

According to Mikkoukun's patreon, monthly rewards will continue until the game is released, but this time the characters will be selected from a poll and there'll only be 3 characters per month. This month's contestants are pic related.
Also from now on, the rewards won't have background to make them simple so Mikkou can focus on finishing the game. He calls them "Patreon-exclusive" which means that all the sets we've seen so far are actually part of the game.
