Boobs are fatty sacs that at times can give milk. Pecs are muscle tissue that can be increased in size by hormones and exercise.
Both have teats, but the ones on pecs are superfluous because they cannot lactate due to no fatty sacs that can produce milk.
Those guys are lactating because they have fatty sac, thus they are BOOBS not pecs.
And don't give me any jibber-jabber about some guys can. That's called gynecomastia. I had it when I was young, and at most you can get maybe a tiny bead of a milk-like substance if you squeeze really hard. (YES, I tried to milk myself. Totally freaked me out by the way when something came out.)
The guys in that thread are either dribbling, running, spewing or gushing MILK. So those are clearly meant to be BOOBS.
