I visit booru boards and actual art galleries.
Pixiv and Y-gallery were my main sources. But since y-gallery has been down for a while, people have finally started migrating to alternative sites.

I had an account briefly on horne.red (overwhelmingly femboys) but it wasn't my thing, and generally the art I liked was already on pixiv.
There's also places like
Allgayart.com (mostly 3D art and patreon shills) and Rule34 (useful for discovering some really obscure artists that only post on twitter)
I have a bookmark folder with like 50+ Yam blog album and passwords. That used to be my main source for Doujins but all but a few have been inactive for 2 years or more.
And at this point, everything that I'd want to see in them is now available on Myreadingmanga,
comiz.net , and a few hentai sites that have "Male Only" categories.
