There's a few on
itch.io, but still not many. metamorphoser is short but good if you can deal with trans protag and paying for it. A Hand in the Darkness just released and it's pretty long, three routes, no explicit CGs but very suggestive and the writing is very explicit and detailed. It also costs money though and I believe was either translated from spanish or written by a spanish native speaker so some of the writing is wonky. I don't think there's any more 18+ BL games unfortunately, just a handful of SFW demos. Chess of Blades will have an 18+ version whenever it comes out, Dear & Mine will too if it ever actually gets finished. Out of Sync has an adult version you can buy off some other website.
NaNoRenMo is ending in just a couple days so there will probably be a sudden influx of new VNs, hopefully some will be sexy. It's honestly surprising how few explicit BL games there are given the genre's popularity.
