no. this is wrong. nobody is good at anything when they start it. keep drawing and improve! look at others art, maybe take an art class, improve the anatomy, etc. the only way your art can get better is to just keep drawing!

Classes can be embarrassing at first but when you go to a life drawing class, everyone's too busy focusing on their own art to look at yours so don't worry. And the teacher will be there to help you (or at least they should. I had one teacher that would sometimes draw stuff for me and I didnt learn much). I do feel like you have a good sense of facial expressions so that's a start!
