>>2355778I think the fujo following is a result of the sports anime phenomenon. There was Prince of tennis, then Free, then Kuroko, then Haikyuu, the cycling one, Cheer Danshi and then Yuri on Ice and All out in the same season. They started out innocently back in the day when people actually cared about the sport but then realised the fan following and has started churning 'em out, making it gayer each time, because they know that the fujoshis will devour it no matter the subject aslong as there are hot dudes disregarding each others personal space.
