October 2015 Jamie said that they would be working on Gorillaz for all of 2016, Instagram videos of them hanging out in the studio and rapping were put up this year in April, on 7th Oct Damon said they had two more weeks of recording and then they would have all the content for the new album, the character books and sponsorship tie-ins have been dropping for the past 2-3 weeks following the lore onwards from PB, and the album should be out sometime 2017.
