Original content doesn't always do well at first, so he does fan art to get more popular and because that's what people want. That's what it's like doing a business: you do what you want but also give your fans what they want as well. And I don't know about a drop in quality because if you've seen any of his streams, they last about 6+ hours, not including sketching. I'd like to see you do that and still have a life.
