There's a large boss/employer figure. He's sinister, dark haired and somewhat arrogant, like all bosses are. Pretty sure he has the big, grand office chair to match but I could be inserting that memory. The employee in question is rather scrawny and has mousy blonde hair.
The employee has obviously failed his work in some way and has been sent to the boss. He's obviously bordering on panic or fear. The boss mocks him and states something along the lines of "Who's excellent at giving blow jobs?" "I am, Sir." "Who's going to suck my cock?" "Me, Sir."
