Anyone knowledgeable of shota manga able to give me the names of a few artists that were active in the 90s?

Looking for a certain manga but having a really hard time finding it. I believe the artist mostly drew trap/shota yaoi material but this one story he drew straight shota loli and was pretty good. But the only name I remember is Boys empire, which is not the one I am looking for.
