There are still glitches in the final product, and the entire affection mechanic doesn't work (if you get a player above 100 it doesn't count as 100, which is specifically needed to progress elements of the story.)
It's redeemable if that gets reworked though. I love Thomas, partially just because his voice acting was the best, and interacting with the staff is fun even when you aren't horndogging. The central business sim part of it is too easy, but I don't feel like making that harder is all that important for the game's improvement.
Also, Richard and Chris's voice acting is terrible at inflicting actual emotion. And at least with what I've seen with Thomas, the dramatic backstories are a bit much.
Anyway, it's sad when a game feels unfinished, and that's this game's problem at the moment. Pray for updates.
