For everypone else using the 'sby_loader_pack_5_545', put the swf file here:
…/sby_loader_pack_5_545/Loader5.45/Mods/$INIT$/moreclothingmods/Muscular_Her.swf
and edit the file:
…/sby_loader_pack_5_545/Loader5.45/Settings/moreclothingV5_1settings.txt
by adding the following under '; ------ Body 2 ------' (line 253):
Muscular_Her.swf=Muscular:Body>Body2
