Tiger and Bunny is virtually slash and it's worth watching just for the huge amount of doujin and art for it.
There's a 12 episode vampire anime called Nightwalker (pic related), it's pretty old now but it's basically a vampire detective and his female sidekicks fighting demons while his ex (an older vampire called Cain) stalks him like a creepy mofo.
FAKE is great, there's also an ova of it so you can watch that too. The style of art kind of grows on you and the characters are really well written, you even end up liking the annoying kid characters.
There's a 4 part yaoi manga called Ghost (Or Eerie Queerie as it was called here because wtf) that's pretty funny, I think that one's online too.
Koisuru Boukun is awesome and well worth watching/reading, so is Kirepapa.
Pet Shop of Horrors is an old, spooky anime/manga that has some slashiness and interesting stories/art.
If you like weird, kinda tragic stuff and don't mind old animation, give Earthian a try. It's about angels.
Gakuen Heaven is a high school one, if you like those. There's a bunch of pairing mangas for it too.
