Dude, eating vegan and running has helped me lose weight, and get tone.
When you run, it works out dat ass, and the stomach area. Which makes your butt look nicer, and the thinner waist helps compliment it. Aside from punching the bag every once in a while, the only exercise I do is running. This helps keep your arms small, because your only focusing on exercising muscles from the waist down, i.e. running.
It didn't happen overnight. I learned how to incorporate running in my schedule, and how to cook foods without meat, cheese, milk, eggs, etc. So if you want to get thin, look good, and be healthy. You can always try the vegan/running diet/exercise. Just remember, that it's not going to work for everyone, and it requires a fair amount of willpower. Just like everything you do in life, it's going to be hard a first, but will gradually get easier, and eventually 2nd nature.
Depending on your existing body fat percentage, and overall current health, it could take months, or even years, to achieve the body you want. After the first month or 2, you will notice subtle physical changes, which helps fuel your goal. The changes are going to happen gradually, and over time. So don't get discouraged if you're not seeing results immediately, because there isn't a legitimate way to lose weight fast and permanently, without it being unhealthy. So your two choices are either meth, or diet/exercise. Which one sounds healthier?
Weed helps too.
