Shirotani plays to a ton of my kinks (mental disorder, corruption, butler-esque personality, gloves, daddy issues, etc) but in comparison I do find Kurose somewhat bland.

All that said, I'm a huge sadist (my favorite artist is Harada so I'm used to reading much, much worse) and I can understand why people find it gross or offputting. I was pleasantly surprised when the story started getting darker, as I definitely was not expecting this sort of thing in a Takarai Rihito series.
