supposedly it does, but i can't get it to work, and when I inspect what is inside the package (on mac) it has nothing really.

It is weird, some people can get it to work and some don't. I tried both on my mac and on win7 in parallels

Natively on mac i still can't run, but when i click the app icon at least it recognizes as an app (it still must be on a FAT32 usb drive though)

Download Renpy. If you have the game folder unzipped, launch Renpy and you'll be able to launch Bacchikoi (and Sleepover) from there.

There should be an exe file in the main folder... if you want one of the perfect endings look in the comments section of BMPs release for bacchikoi they have full routes
