>>2183898Depends on what you qualify as quality and what country you're in. If you're not in the US and you're paying for shipping internationally, I'd pass. I'm in the US and the shipping fees are relatively less, but I still thought the ~20 dollar price tag was really steep. The size of the tank is slightly larger than your Sublime/DMP prints, and the pages are glossy. Other than that, I didn't see anything else in the tank that warranted such a price. There were a few grammatical errors, some off the page print, etc. Nothing about it really felt like a 20 dollar book, which was disappointing. However, since they're a self-published group, I guess they're somewhat justified charging such a price (I guess). Compared to the price of each single chapter ($12.00+3.95 shipping), it's the best option if you want to own the most recent chapters. That's how I justify it for myself, anyway.
>>2184186From what I understand it, Patreon is a donation site to help support independent artists/writers? It's totally voluntary and done in a manner so that fans can help support their favorite artists. In return, artists dole out small prizes/snippets of their work to their supporters. If you're a huge fangirl and you have the means and money to do so, go ahead. Personally, I'm not a big enough fan to want to support them in that manner. I buy some of their work, that's support enough for me. And the threshold amount is $250.00, not $2,500.00.
