It sounds cringe but structured, thoughful psychedelic experiences, meditation, having good people around you/stable personal life/good support and eating an organic, healthy diet with proper supplementation and exercise, in descending order, are the closest thing we have.
Almost all consistent top performers have all of those things (save perhaps psychedelics).
You can of course get amazing short term results with amphetamines, alpha GPC, fucking with your cholinergic system, EPO, whatever but they come at a large and often long term cost.
