Where do you draw the line between a mental illness and just being a scumbag?
I was reading a bit about malignant narcissism (including narcissism with sadistic tendencies) and it seems kind of blurred. In this case is it simply a descriptor or would it have any mitigating effects on e.g. a criminal sentence
