Money in various forms has existed from the very start of civilisation, Before that MEN used to hunt and gather.
I will say it again :- WOMEN are the MAJORITY of workers in NURSING Industry, even in nursing schools they make up a huge majority.
Fathers only provide for their children, mothers are essential for bringing up of children, Only in patriarchal societies, men are expected to stick to the family, that's how these societies evolved (Europe, because of winter and danger). In Africa, men don't stick for long.
Most men didn't make their wealth out of inheritance though. Even Rich MEN have to continue running and leading their business. In fact this was one of the contract of inheritance. The son of farmer became a farmer because he was to be a farmer, the women inherited a dowry.
Yes MEN are their to provide and they are expendable, I don't care about le "dehumanisation", because unlike you I am not emotionally invested.
The same behaviour is seen among women who have a functional marriage, and the husband is earning well.
