If you're permanently on cross-sex hormones, there's some studies and anecdotal evidence of that affecting your spatial/verbal ability but if you aren't taking anything on the daily basis there's literally nothing to worry about.

You won't be able to determine sex/gender from merely looking at a brain scan. If brain's structure appears to be typically "male" you can guess with decent certainty that it's most likely a man or FtM tranny but you can't really guarantee that it's not actually some random woman.
