Why are there still monkeys then? I can go to the zoo and observe that they have monkeys. Did only some of them evolve to humans? Why not the rest?

Any other arguments for creationism based on the scientific method? No Jewish studies will be accepted.

You realize that if you apply this logic, since words like "monkey" and "human" are arbitrary tokens, via the same principle you can ask "if monkeys derive from humans, why are there still humans?". Since "monkeys" here stands for the "monkey lineage", which at a certain time in the past merges with the human one.

Stop moving the goalposts. You can't argue on a specific point because you're a retard. If monkeys evolve to humans why are there monkeys today? Why do I only see primitive monkeys in zoos if evolution is real? Where are the monkeys in the bronze age, middle ages, rennessance, etc? Why aren't they evolving into humans? Maybe because evolution is a lie for midwits. CNN could tell you that donkeys fly and you'd believe it instead of your own eyes.

real science only deals with natural phenomena. explaining something away with god or supernatural would lead to zero progress as you can explain everything with god. how embryos form? god. why doesn't earth fall to the sun? God, etc

first: that's a question, not an argument.

second: "either it's evolution or it's my religion" is a false dilemma fallacy, not all religions have the same stories and even if they did it doesn't matter. I can make up a story too: "a pink celestial elephant pooped out the first humans". prove me wrong.

third: your question is a loaded question, we didn't come from any animal that exists today (although some of the animals that exist today may belong in the same arbitrary categories that some modern animals belong in. for example:
"if humans came from mammals why are there still mammals?"
well, the mammals that we came from no longer exist they either evolved or went extinct).
