Im really intelligent myself, maybe don't exude that thru the screen.
All i can tell you is that all this nootropics/pill taking thing that's know <<en vogue>> is really harmful. Stop masutrbating/indulging in porn/degeneracy, practice semen retention, sleep well (8-9 hours), go to sleep before 10pm, eat healthily (liver, fish(salmon), spinach, red meat, eggs, milk, refrain from artificial stuff to the best of your ability), exercise (i recommend calisthenics but anything goes), partake in social activities here and there, drink water (3-4 liters should work fine), and, most importantly, put in the effort.
Don't strain your mind, after all, it is the machine that allows the magic to happen, give it the time to recover. Find what learning pace works best for you, immerse yourself in the theoretical aspects and then take a deep dive into a diverse pool of problems.
My 2 cents. I found out that using supplements like magnesium, zinc, calcium, antioxidants like selenium and niacin have little to no effect. It's all in the food and in the balance between the body and the mind. Strike it!!!
