>>14416995With as assfucked as everyone that pays for university gets, it's not worth the financial risk of taking a course that you're going to likely perform suboptimally in. I would love to have the confidence and mathematical skills to approach higher level maths and physics, as it would open up a world of autistic curiosity rabbitholes that I could go down and strengthen overall breadth of understanding. That's not my strength though. I don't know how it works for others, but I overcomplicate equations and will forget steps if I haven't seen a complete picture of how they're broken down and reworked to find each variable. It's nerve wracking to ask for help when there's an understanding that you're an inconvenience and an idiot for needing so much of an explanation.
