Also the gif is a shop, the lighting on the mountain doesn't change when it does between the two images.

The levels on the image were clearly adjusted so they match
they were also zoomed and rotated so they line up

You can see from the parallax that they are taken from 2 close by but different locations. Since there are the image codes included you should be able to easily verify the locations by just checking where they were taken.

I used Paint.NET as my main image manipulator program and sometimes the edges of layer can get cut off if it is deselected while part of it is offscreen .
Did not intend this image to be a serious comparison.
