When you have two h2 [hydrogen atoms] you combine them to make an istotope of the hydrogen atoms isotope is just different species of the nuclei still the same element just slightly different called D2 deuterium now you get two deuterium atoms and combine em to make helium and during these fusions alot of energy is released in the form of thermal radiation our sun will burn out but, our sun is about 15,000,000 Celsius degrees probably.
