Are there any pills that have similar effects to alcohol? I mean disinhibition, lowered anxiety, etc but without the dizziness and cognitive impairment?

There is something like Lyrica called Phenibut, but it gives a rash if slightly abused. I'd go for a beta blocker, or better yet, an Ashwagandha tincture. It gives a slight sedative effect and rids of all anxiety without making you stoop

The only thing that comes close to a benzo is magnolia bark, it acts like one. Phenibut is a gabapeptoid and it sucks in comparison due to its side-effects. If you want a dopamine buzz try l-tyrosine and acetaminophen.
