What that's saying is the photoelectric effect has inertia to it. It doesn't just jump. There's carry over from it's last state.
Things interact across frequencies, not momentum. Data samples per second, not velocity of cannonball bashing into a wall.

Photons getting redshifted and losing energy. The universe expanding while the density of vacuum energy remains constant, meaning energy is gained. Time-translation invariance is not true under general relativity, so the very basis for conservation of energy flies out of the window. LOL. This is the absolute state of modern physics. We measure mass in kg

and weight in
w= mg
Weight is equal to mass times the constant acceleration of gravity, newtonian physics but im not sure if gravity is always constant I have heard it is very slightly not in other places of the world

but the rate for the constant gravitaional force on an object at rest is (9.8m/s^2)

Momentum is the generator of translation. When a system is invariant under translations, momentum is conserved.

Angular momentum is the generator of rotations. When a system is invariant under rotations angular momentum is conserved.
