Row 5-18 clearly have some pattern that kind of look like something is bouncing left and right, albeit in a smeared out fashion. Kinda like a qunatum thingy?
The first few rows only make sense if you extrapolate backwards, but if you do in the first row the "ball" would on the left, in the second row it would be on right, although invisible (this also happens in row 4 and 11, but you can see it bounces in the opposite direction afterwards, as if it got "sqeezed").
I'm not saying there's some deep mystery hidden there or anything. It's kind of just a side effect of how binary numbers work, but I think it's kind of cool nevertheless.
